Help Build the Future of MBI Performing Arts

For 80 years, MBI Performing Arts has challenged performers, inspired audiences, and built community through excellence in the marching arts.
Today, we are investing in the next chapter of our organization. We are seeking talented contractors and project leaders to help strengthen our operations, grow our impact, and build a sustainable future for performers, volunteers, and audiences.
Why MBI?

Build Something Meaningful
These roles are designed for people who enjoy creating systems, solving problems, and turning ideas into action.

Several positions offer the potential to evolve as the organization expands and new opportunities emerge.

More Than a Performance Organization

MBI is more than performances and competitions.
We are a community of performers, educators, volunteers, alumni, families, and supporters who believe in the power of the performing arts to transform lives.
Our four ensembles provide opportunities for artistic growth, leadership development, teamwork, and lifelong friendships. Every season, performers from across Minnesota and the Upper Midwest come together to create something extraordinary.
What Makes These Roles Different?

Most organizations hire people to maintain existing systems. These roles are different.
We are looking for people who enjoy building. People who can bring ideas, create structure, establish new processes, and help move an organization forward.
If you are energized by mission-driven work and excited by the opportunity to shape the future of a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you.
